Garden salad - tomato, cucumber, shallots, croutons, mixed greens with choice of dressing.

Seared sockeye salmon - with rosemary garlic chevre polenta cake, sauted winter veggies and micro greens.

 

OR

 

Chicken cordon bleu pasta - seasoned chicken breast, black forest ham, gruyere and swiss cheese sauce, fresh tomatoes and green onions.

Warm berry cobbler cobbler with Tillamook vanilla bean ice cream.
